Ningbo polytechnic is a full-time college engaged in higher vocational education from 65438 to 0999 approved by the Ministry of Education. In 2005, it was rated as an advanced unit of national vocational education and the first batch of national demonstration higher vocational colleges.
The school is located in Beilun New District, Ningbo, and consists of Ningbo Economic and Technological Development Zone, Bonded Zone, Daxie Development Zone, Export Processing Zone and Beilun Port Area. Seven professional groups, including green chemical engineering and intelligent manufacturing, are set up to closely meet the development needs of regional green petrochemical industry and high-end equipment manufacturing, and five undergraduate majors and 33 specialist majors, including chemical engineering and technology, material forming and control engineering, are set up.
2. Police Marine Police College
Police Marine Police College is located in Beilun District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. It is an active college directly under the Ministry of Public Security approved by the Ministry of Education. It is the only institution of higher learning in the public security frontier defense forces and the only institution in China that specializes in training public security maritime law enforcement personnel.
The college mainly undertakes the task of training cadres of public security frontier defense and marine police forces, and is responsible for training professional and technical cadres of public security frontier defense and marine police forces such as communications, computers, confidentiality and logistics. The Police Marine Police College was formerly known as the Armed Police Surface Boat School, which was founded in 1983. 1In March, 1999, the Public Security Marine Police College was established with the approval of the Ministry of Education.
