The cost of one-on-one tutoring is also very high, generally 200-one hour in 300 yuan.
If you are a good teacher, many parents are willing to ask you to be a one-on-one tutor. At that time, you can tutor several students at the same time in the evening or on weekends, so that your income will be higher. So I think one-on-one tutoring is the first choice for teachers to do sideline work in school.
2. Training course teachers
At present, there are many educational and training institutions outside the school. In such a competitive social environment, training institutions naturally want to invite teachers with ability and teaching experience to teach. In this way, school teachers have become the first choice of educational institutions, and the treatment given will not be low. Since the class hours of off-campus training institutions can't conflict with the school's class hours, the school's class hours are usually Monday to Friday nights or weekends, so teachers at school don't have to worry about the conflict between their class hours and working hours at off-campus training institutions.
