He has served as teaching assistant, lecturer, associate professor, professor, director of teaching and research section, secretary of party branch, deputy director of department, vice president and dean of law school, vice president of South-Central University for Nationalities and member of the Standing Committee of Party Committee. He is currently the president and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Hubei University for Nationalities, an adjunct professor at Shaoyang University, South-Central University for Nationalities, Huazhong Normal University and Minzu University of China, a member of the expert group of Hubei Provincial Leading Group for Governing the Province by Law, an expert in discipline evaluation of the Ministry of Education, a member of the discipline evaluation group of Hubei Provincial Government Academic Degrees Committee, and a vice president of China Ethnic Law Research Association and Hubei Constitutional Law Research Association.

Member of the 9th National Youth Federation, the 10th Hubei Youth Federation and the 11th Hubei Youth Federation Standing Committee.
