The specific enrollment plan shall be based on the information published by the provincial enrollment institutions.
Chapter V Access Principles
Article 15 The "Sunshine Project" shall be implemented in school enrollment. Under the unified organization of the admissions committees of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), the admission system of "the school is responsible for enrollment and supervision" stipulated by the Ministry of Education shall be implemented, and the discipline inspection and supervision departments, news media and all sectors of society shall consciously accept the supervision.
Sixteenth access to candidates' files is generally controlled within 120% of the enrollment plan. On the basis of the results of the ordinary college entrance examination in that year, the candidates with the first choice (the first parallel application) will be given priority. If the first volunteer (the first parallel filing) cannot complete the enrollment plan, the candidates will be admitted in turn according to the filing order of the provincial admissions offices. Seventeenth candidates who enter the archives are selected according to the principle of priority in scores (rankings), and candidates with high scores (rankings) are given priority to meet their professional aspirations.
