Through strict examination, bohai university has selected a group of academic leaders, teaching leaders and teaching backbones, and has a team of instructors with reasonable structure, excellent quality, vitality and sustainable development. The number and quality of tutors are constantly improving, and there are currently 184 tutors. Most of the tutors have doctoral and master's degrees and have experience in guiding graduate students. There are 669 full-time graduate students and 448 masters of education. Among the graduate students who have graduated, students get doctoral students from key universities every year.
