Li Lan, one of the "Top Ten" theoretical talents of China Radio and Television, is the first postdoctoral fellow in the domestic radio and television industry. He is currently the director of the Information Institute of the Development Research Center of the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television, deputy editor-in-chief, editorial director and member of the academic committee of China Radio and Television Blue Book. He is also the director of the Television Research Committee of China Radio and Television Association, the director of Beijing Film and Television Artists Association, the member of the National Excellent Educational Television Awards Committee of China Education Television Association, the member of the Selection and Evaluation Committee of Annual Programs and TV Figures of Variety, the head of the China TV Channel Coverage and Audience Survey Expert Advisory Group, the special researcher of the Institute of Journalism and Communication of China Academy of Social Sciences, the special researcher of the Film and Television Industry Research Base of Shanghai University, and the postgraduate tutor of China Renmin University and China Communication University.
Peking University is a postdoctoral fellow in industrial economics, a Ph.D. in Communication at Renmin University of China, and a visiting scholar at CEMMP, Business School, University of Denver. He once taught in the Department of Journalism and Communication of China Youth University for Politics, and worked as a planner, editor-in-chief and producer of CCTV News Center and Social Education Center.
