The role of school education in personal growth.
School education is a purposeful activity to cultivate people and stipulates the development direction of people. The influence of school education on people is comprehensive, systematic and profound. Schools have teachers who are responsible for education, so that school education can educate individuals more systematically.
The role of family education in individual growth.
Family education has a great responsibility for personal growth. Family education should be a supplement to school education and should be consistent with school education, so as to cultivate the good development of individuals. Combine family education with school education to avoid 5+2=0 or 2+5=0.
The evaluation of education should combine the characteristics of family education and school education, and evaluate children fairly and objectively.
2. First of all, this is the imbalance of educational equity in enrollment.
The so-called educational equity refers to the rational norms or principles on which the state allocates educational resources. "Reasonable" here refers to the unified allocation of educational resources from the dialectical relationship between the overall development and stability of society and the individual development needs of social members.
Educational equity includes the following three levels. (1) Ensure that everyone enjoys equal rights and obligations to education; (2) Providing educational opportunities and conditions in relatively equal; (3) Educational success opportunities and educational effects are relatively equal, that is, after receiving the same level of education, every student can reach a most basic standard, including substantive fairness in students' academic achievements, fairness in education quality and equality at the goal level. Among them, "ensuring everyone has the opportunity to receive education" is the premise and foundation, "providing educational opportunities and opportunities are relatively equal" is a further requirement, and it is also the premise of "educational success opportunities" and "educational effects are relatively equal". Generally, these three levels can be summarized as: starting point fairness, process fairness and result fairness.
However, in the specific implementation process, there have been various unfair phenomena in education, taking the above cases as an example. The unfairness of enrollment makes more resources tend to a few areas, which will directly lead to the unfairness of educational process and educational opportunities, and will directly lead to social problems to a certain extent. In addition, urban-rural equity, regional equity, class equity and distribution equity are lacking. To some extent, it has led to the polarization of China's wealth and the expansion of its class. In the long run, it goes against China's national conditions and will inevitably lead to other more serious problems.
Therefore, the problem of unfair education needs multi-level guidance and a reasonable decision-making mechanism. Balance the allocation of systems and resources, and enable more people to accept fair and effective education rights and development opportunities.
