Perhaps, scholars are easy to get attached to education. 1987 After graduating from university, Li Daigui was assigned to teach in Maanshan No.4 Middle School. Born in the history department, he still maintains his own background color-love of reading-in the mining university where the media is not developed. Maybe it's coincidence, maybe it's fate. 1996, Li Daigui transferred to Maanshan No.2 Middle School. In Maanshan, a small town in the south of the Yangtze River, which is known as the "flower of the south of the Yangtze River", it is by no means a simple upgrade from "fourth" to "second". In the eighteenth year of No.2 Middle School, Li Daigui's "accumulated wealth and thin hair" ushered in "thin hair", from an ordinary history teacher to the head of teaching and research, the editor-in-chief of the school magazine, to politics, until he became the vice president of No.2 Middle School through competition, and four years later he was transferred to the principal of his alma mater, Maanshan Foreign Language School. Li Daigui respected Hu Shi and loved reading Tao Xingzhi. He often feels that our efforts are not as good as those of our predecessors. Our study is lucky, we can "learn by doing" and "learn by doing"; It is difficult to combine knowledge with practice, and only time can give some answers. "Wisteria on campus"

Why is it there? There are many reasons. Li Daigui believes that the school has the mission of inheritance, which is the first value of the school. Just like the endless life itself, the unique value of the school system lies in its inherent self-affirmation and negation, self-inheritance and innovation. Or grow like a plant, or drip like running water, originated from history, based on reality, for inheritance and development. Even if the road is blue, the songs of strings are still heard, and a penetrating school culture is built between casual and casual.

Then, how does such a cultural infiltration place that undertakes the mission of inheritance affect the people in other places? Li Daigui believes that if a school can survive, it must have a unique cultural code, and its benchmark is excellent alumni.

So you can see that many famous schools are proud of their alumni in their self-introduction-it is the soil of the school that has cultivated "him". Learning imitation is not the goal, but transcendence is the goal. Endogenous school culture means surpassing the benchmark. As a result, generations of new people write, rewrite and continue to write new legends. Therefore, the greatest significance of finding benchmarks in the intergenerational inheritance of school teachers and students lies in inheriting the past and inspiring the future. In the second half of my work in No.2 Middle School, the school was newly built. Li Daigui and his colleagues want to get back the "young eagle" representing the spirit of No.2 Middle School, invite alumni back, set up an education foundation and set up a symbol of school culture.

After taking charge of the foreign language school, Li Daigui and his colleagues kept Tengfei Daily and Tengfei Sculpture, and found the campus song Wisteria and the wisteria frame in the song on campus.

This is a campus ballad written by Chinese teacher Xia Zhaoxing and music teacher Cai Binbin for the 30th anniversary of the founding of the school more than ten years ago. It was a flash in the pan, but it has long since disappeared from the eyes of outsiders in Malaysia. Li Daigui, who has just returned to work at his alma mater, met a young music teacher, Han Jing. After listening to teacher Han Jing's humming, he made up his mind to return the wisteria on campus with it. The school specially invited students to enter the recording studio to record MV and MTV, and also played and interpreted it over and over again in various school activities, which made her deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. At the Civil Aviation Flight Attendant Alliance School Forum that ended not long ago, "Wisteria on Campus" was covered in English by the children in the experimental class of foreign language courses, which shocked the guests at the scene. Li Daigui said with deep feelings: "The wisteria on campus is not only a song, but also a kind of good intention. No principal or educator will throw it away in the future. "

Wisteria Campus has been sung for several years and has long been recognized as the school song of foreign language schools by teachers and students, but Li Daigui insisted on giving her the title of "Campus Folk Song". Because in his view, education is agriculture, and culture is infiltrated and grown in endogenous. When this song became an indelible memory of all foreigners coming and going, when I remembered the melody of this song, I immediately remembered my alma mater. No one needs to certify, but who will announce it. She has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.

The wisteria frame in the song disappeared for five years due to the construction of the school security project. Now, with the re-singing of this song, it has returned to the campus. She is quietly located in the corner of the campus, looking forward to blooming again with this school that has entered the age of no doubt.

Li Daigui said that we keep and restore these cultural symbols because they are the same memories of people coming and going in the school and reflect the same value pursuit of generations. Looking for the past is looking for a kind of tenderness, that is, looking for a kind of cultural infiltration.

People in the history department have a unique understanding: every principal is a passer-by in the history of this school, and his mission is to describe his own brushstroke well. And the culture of a school will naturally accumulate and remain with the passage of time, which is people-oriented, endogenous and * * *.

The torch relay plan is a system designed by Li Daigui in No.2 Middle School. It lasts for a long time. After four principals, it is still endless and passed down from generation to generation. Li Daigui believes that the famous teachers and novices in the torch relay plan are not apprentices in the traditional sense, because apprentices and apprentices are the products of the agricultural era. The famous teachers and novices in the torch relay are equal and their learning is mutual. If treating students is teaching and learning, then torchbearers and torch relay are teaching and learning.
