How to treat the smoking phenomenon of college students?
It is definitely not good for college students to smoke.

First, it's not good for students who don't smoke around. Secondhand smoke is bad for your health. To make matters worse, it may induce other students to smoke, and the group will become bigger and bigger!

Second, why do you smoke? Is there a lot of pressure to study? Aren't you happy? I believe all my friends who have studied in university know that in the past ten or twenty years, university life can be said to be the most beautiful and comfortable. After the high intensity and pressure of the college entrance examination, the university is simply a paradise, so where is the distress? Many of them are "asking for it" and don't suffer.

Third, many people say that you need to smoke when socializing, so you should make good relationships. No! Who said that! How many people offered you cigarettes at the first meeting? This is a sign of lack of quality. I have met many people who go outside to smoke by themselves when they smoke. At least ask you before you get the cigarette. Do you mind?

Or if you are a smoker, smoke together. But now many people are refusing cigarettes handed over by others, and others feel normal. So you say, do you have to smoke when socializing? Do we have to smoke together to make a good relationship? This is an ignorant and meaningless excuse.

Finally, smoking is really addictive, it is a spiritual addiction. If you are an old smoker, not smoking for an hour is worse for you than not eating for a day. Really, I've seen too much. Sometimes I will tease some friends who smoke, saying that he doesn't smoke except sleeping, and the smoke is always in his mouth, and even that the smoke is his air! How horrible is this? Just like drugs.

So, I'm here to advise our college students to really quit smoking. You really don't need it. If you really want to smoke, wait until you are 60. Nobody blames you, and nobody cares about you.
