What should I do after finishing college?
There is such a joke circulating in the Jianghu of universities, which has been circulating for a long time:

"Four years of happiness and passion, when the university stood up from you with pants, it coldly said to you," You can go and leave your youth. "You just think that it's not that I went to college, but that the university fucked me."

Did you go to college or did college fuck you? Everyone has his own understanding. If you add the dimension of time, you may have different interpretations after graduation, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years. Are "being" and "being" important? Is it not important?

What I want to say is:

Don't be silly. In college, you have to "grow wildly".

First, the possibility of your graduating from college >> your major.

At the beginning of July, I went to Beijing to attend an undergraduate reunion, with a total of 15 people, of whom 8 were engaged in work related to their major and 7 were engaged in work completely unrelated. Engaged in IT, banking, media, environmental protection, education and other industries. This position involves technical services, sales, administration and technology research and development.

An agreed major? Where did it go?

Let's take a look at the majors of social celebrities:

Is there an expression below?

Looking around at friends, colleagues, familiar people and strangers, you will find that your major in those days was just a major, but you are not what you were then, and "going to school" and "going to school" are no longer important.

Second, how to "grow wildly" in college?

Friends began to be happy. Since there are so many possibilities, let's have fun in college.

If you really play, the possibility will gradually decrease, so low that it is impossible.

How to make this possibility more likely and become a reality is what you should do most.

In college, you should grow up crazily, let more possibilities appear and realize more possibilities.

1. What are you going to college for?

A few days ago, I went to an institution to tell college students about career planning. What students ask most is "What kind of job should I find after graduation?"

From the perspective of "result orientation", the most practical, useful and urgent thing is that "going to college is to find a good job".

Don't talk about ideals, don't talk about learning ability, those are "nonsense".

When survival is not guaranteed, "finding a job" is the first thing you should do.

Please note that looking for a job is not a good job, just like looking for a boyfriend and girlfriend. You think there are more good jobs, but good jobs may not necessarily have a crush on you.

2. What is your position in the university? How to study?

If "students" are also regarded as "occupations", students' work is mainly to study and "make a living by studying".

Without a good grade, without studying hard in the cold window (perhaps coffee+apartment), the basic hard conditions for finding a job have been screened out, and the possibility of life is over from the person you have never met the interview. Aren't you sad?

So, make a living by studying, get a passing grade, don't fail the course, and get the degree certificate and diploma honestly, so that your life may not stay at the stage where your resume barely passes.

"How long does it take to study?" When asked this question in the lecture, I thought to myself, "Isn't this a pit?" To show my sincerity, according to my past experience, I think it only takes 50% of the time, and maybe even more time. College courses are really not as difficult as I thought, and college students really have so much and so long time.

This course is so easy that you can spend three days fighting all night and finally pass the exam.

For a long time, I stayed up for three days and three nights in the dormitory, watched a 52-episode series, and then slept in the dark for three days and three nights.

Therefore, if the purpose of academic and professional study is to pass the exam, 50% time is enough. Needless to say, how did you pass the college entrance examination? This level is simply a small CASE.

If it's for top student, it's needless to say. You can ask your professional bully directly, or you can follow them. I believe you will have a new understanding of them.

At this point, it is estimated that someone began to scold, "agreed barbaric growth?" , you liar, XXXX.

What I want to say is: "barbaric growth", what matters is "growth", not barbarism.

If you are not savage, your growth may really become "heartless".

The next big meal is coming.

3. Look at your "barbaric growth" road.

If "finding a job" is the goal, then let's look at the world of work and career.

This model is the "three points and one line" model in career planning.

First of all, the final positioning refers to what the professional world has.

& gt Your major has been discussed above, so I won't repeat it here.

Since it's not just a major, what else?

Work after graduation = major+interest+anything else you try (such as student union work, training in educational institutions).

This is your possibility.

Secondly, your ability and resources. How did you get this job?

What is the ability? Ability is the quality of accomplishing a goal or task.

For example, if you have the ability to learn, how can you show it? Compared with the students in this major, you studied another major, passed it smoothly and got a degree certificate. This can prove that you study better than your classmates. If you don't pass this major smoothly, don't say that you have a strong learning ability. At least in studying professional subjects, your learning ability is not strong.

So, if you want to prove your ability, please take out your successful cases and write them on your resume, not those inconclusive and imaginary things.

What are resources? People, money, things, time and energy. Some are renewable resources and some are non-renewable resources. What you need to do is to use these resources to improve your ability and get more resources.

Finally, ask yourself, what do you want?

In the lecture, when I asked the students what you really want, most of them replied, "I want to find a good job, I want to be rich, have a car, a house and a ticket ..."

At this stage, what you want is mostly influenced by family and society. It is the externalization of the universal "values of success" that you often see. The exploration of self has not yet begun, or just begun.

In this respect, you need to keep trying and make it clear in practice that you want others' respect? A sense of accomplishment in getting things done? Satisfy your inner happiness?

Ask yourself what are the three most successful and happiest things? Then practice and find your inner answer in the real world.

4. The method of "barbaric growth".

Now that the path is seen, the method comes out.

50% of the time is spent studying and passing smoothly, so as to realize the possibility of "professionalization" in the work.

50% of the time, keep trying, student union, education and training, and your other interests, so that the possibility of "non-professional" in work can be realized. Savage attempt, savage trial and error, because the cost of university is the lowest, no longer savage, until the day of work, barbarism brings more pain and irreparable losses.

Try new things 50% of the time and exercise your soft skills 30% of the time.

Remember, the ability is reflected in the result of the completion of things, please "start well and finish well, don't end without a disease."

The picture on the right shows the "key soft skills" in the workplace.

Seeing the picture on the left, why do some people only do technology in the workplace, but they don't adapt to management positions? The root cause is the lack of interpersonal skills.

Third, barbaric growth is to become what you want to be.

When you were young, were you ever asked by your parents, teachers and relatives, "What kind of person do you want to be when you grow up?"

When you grow up, are you asked by your classmates, friends and boss, "What kind of person do you want to be?"

When you got married, were you asked by your wife, her parents and relatives, "What kind of person do you want to be?"

Even in entertainment programs, the judges will ask the contestants, "What is your dream?"

"What do you want to be?" We should keep asking ourselves. Don't be entangled in this sentence, and don't be numb to it.

"Be yourself", maybe in your heart, the voice is very strong. You have to do not only yourself, but also work and action.

Growing like crazy.
