University refunds are all made in the financial department.

After students pay tuition and accommodation fees, if they drop out of school, drop out of school, transfer or finish their studies ahead of schedule, the Finance Department will refund the remaining tuition and accommodation fees 10 month (more than 15 days a month) every academic year. If a student is ordered to drop out of school or expelled from school for violating school rules or criminal law, his tuition fee will not be refunded.

The refund process is as follows:

1 students should issue the original payment documents and the notice of leaving school when going through the formalities of refunding tuition and accommodation fees (if the original payment documents cannot be issued, they can go through the verification formalities and return them after confirmation by the school).

2. Download the attachment "Signature Form for Refund of Fees", print the attachment with C5 paper, fill in the name and student number, and then come to the Finance Department to check the starting time and the amount of refund with the attached fee bill and notice of leaving school. After filling it out, ask the fee administrator, the director of the finance department, the director of the academic affairs office and the dean in charge of tuition to sign it in turn.

After signing, go to the accounting post of the finance department for reimbursement and go through the refund procedures.

After the refund is completed, stamp the notice of leaving school at the tuition administrator.
