Most universities have campus networks. If they have a campus network, they don't need to use much traffic, but sometimes the campus network signal is not a special card, or you want to go out to play, you need to use a lot of traffic. For example, my monthly traffic is about 10G, which is still enough, depending on how you use your traffic.
