Chapter IV Access Rules
Twelfth schools implement the principles of comprehensive assessment, merit-based admission, respect for candidates' wishes, fairness, impartiality and openness.
Thirteenth major decision-making principles (non-art)
1. Non-parallel volunteer: Rank the candidates' grades according to the transfer, and delimit the pre-admission scores according to the number of enrollment plans 1: 1. Candidates with pre-admission scores above shall arrange their majors according to the principle that the professional volunteers reported by the candidates volunteer first, then volunteer, and then regard them as parallel volunteer. 2. parallel volunteer: The major is arranged according to the principle that the professional volunteers reported by candidates are the first professional volunteers, and the second professional volunteers will be regarded as parallel volunteer in the future.
3. When the candidates' professional volunteers can't be fully satisfied, if they are transferred by major, they will be transferred to other majors that lack files, otherwise they will be dismissed.
4. Jiangsu Province: The required academic level test level is: BC or above, and the required test 5 is qualified. Candidates' files are retrieved according to the filing point, and candidates' majors are determined according to the principle of "grading first". The grading order is A+A+, A+A, AA, A+B+, A+B, AB, B+B+, B+B, BB, A+C, AC, B+C, BC.
5. Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region: The admission principle of "professional voluntary clearing" is implemented.
6. Candidates from Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Zhejiang, Shandong and Hainan should fill in the form voluntarily according to the requirements of professional elective subjects announced by the local provincial admissions authorities.

Article 14 admission principles for art majors
Our school recognizes the qualified results of the provincial unified examination (joint examination) for art majors in the provinces to be enrolled. For details, please refer to the enrollment plan announced by the provincial admissions authorities. Candidates are required to achieve the results of the provincial unified examination (joint examination) professional courses and cultural courses, which meet the admission requirements for art majors.
1. Non-Shaanxi students
(1) parallel volunteer
For example, if parallel volunteer is implemented in the voluntary setting of art batches in the province that our school plans to enroll students, the admission principle shall be based on the sorting rules determined by the enrollment department of Shengyuan Province.
(2) Non-parallel volunteer and one-time multi-volunteering.
First, the first professional volunteer candidates admission. When the first major volunteer is not enough, the second major and follow-up professional volunteer candidates will be admitted in turn. At the time of admission, the sum of 60% of the scores of art majors in the provincial unified examination and 40% of the scores of culture courses in the college entrance examination is taken as the comprehensive score, and the best admission is made. When the comprehensive scores are the same, the students with the highest professional scores are given priority; When the comprehensive scores and professional scores are the same, the students will be selected according to the scores and rankings of cultural courses.
(3) If the provincial admissions departments have special provisions on the admission principles of art majors, they will be selected according to the provisions of the provincial admissions departments and the admission principles of our school. Art candidates in Jiangsu Province are subject to the basic level requirements stipulated by Jiangsu Province. Candidates from Shanghai and Zhejiang are not limited to art subjects.
2. Students in Shaanxi Province
According to the spirit of Document No.25 of Shaanxi Provincial Admissions Office [2065438+09], design majors are selected from high to low according to the scores of professional courses in the provincial unified examination. When the scores of professional courses are the same, they are selected in turn according to the scores and rankings of cultural courses. The majors of radio and television choreography, broadcasting and hosting art are selected from high to low according to the scores of cultural courses in the college entrance examination, and those with the same scores in cultural courses are selected from high to low according to the scores of professional courses.
3. In the provinces where the enrollment plan is not classified (the liberal arts are not divided into arts and sciences), the arts and sciences will be lined up in a unified manner when enrolling students, and the best admission will be made.
Article 15 Ulster College of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology is a Chinese-foreign cooperative education institution jointly established by Shaanxi University of Science and Technology and Ulster University of England with the approval of the Ministry of Education. The undergraduate majors are mechanical design, manufacturing and automation (080202H), industrial design (080205H) and computer science and technology (08090 1H). Chinese and foreign teachers jointly teach for four years, and flexibly adopt the training mode of "4+0", "3+ 1" or "2+2". Students can complete four years of undergraduate study in China, and one-third of the courses are taught by foreign teachers; You can also choose to go to Ulster University 1 for 2 years. Students studying in the UK will pay tuition fees according to the standards of Ulster University. Students who have completed all four years' studies through the above three modes and meet the requirements of the post can obtain the bachelor's degree certificate from Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, the bachelor's degree certificate from Ulster University in the UK and the corresponding bachelor's degree certificate. Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools only admit candidates who have filled in such professional volunteers. The admitted students are not allowed to transfer to other colleges after entering the school.
Sixteenth according to the provincial enrollment plan and the proportion of candidates' files.
