Zou Lu (1885— 1954), formerly known as Zou Chengsheng, was a famous politician in dapu county, Guangdong.

Zou Lu is dull in recitation and quick in understanding. When I was a child, I studied in a private school. At the age of 19, I attended Hanshan Academy, transferred to Guangdong Law and Politics School, and then studied in Japan. In the 26th year of Guangxu (1900), after Eight-Nation Alliance invaded China, China was in danger of being carved up. Sometimes Kang and Liang advocate reform, while Sun Yat-sen advocates revolution. Zou believes that only revolution can save China, and he joined Xinghua Association after being introduced by overseas Chinese Yang Muru in Kuala Lumpur. In the thirty-first year of Guangxu (1905), he transferred to the regiment when he stayed in Japan. Since then, he followed Sun Yat-sen in revolutionary activities. In the thirty-fourth year of Guangxu, he conspired with Zhu Zhixin for the Guangzhou Uprising.
