Tsinghua has many sources of funds. Nowadays, all departments in the school have their own plans. Compared with other projects with many years of training experience, such as Siyuan and Huoxing, the disadvantages of this project are obvious: most of these projects take the first half of the credits as the selection object (Tsinghua's wonderful thinking, hehe) and invest a lot of manpower and material resources. At the same time, due to years of experience and publicity, the training is more targeted and the publicity is good, so it is basically the goal of freshmen to follow suit in recent years. Compared with LAM Raymond's plan, first of all, the selection criteria are different: like it, not excellent grades. Secondly, the training is still in the exploratory stage, and the first and second phases are basically barbaric. In the third stage, only group lectures (after all, it is the management of the student affairs office, and even tickets for Piketty's lectures can be reserved), social practice, tutor training, graduation thesis and other training forms have been formed, and relatively fixed forms have not yet been formed. What's more, it is very difficult to give a training plan for training Marxists. It is really difficult to cultivate people who are proficient in philosophy, politics, economy, science and society within two years.

However, compared with Siyuan, Spark and Qichuang, the advantages of LAM Raymond Plan are also very obvious: First of all, it is at least not as utilitarian as the above plans. After all, the above plans are of great significance to the school, so we can brag about how much our school has contributed to society.
