Non-normal students and normal students have the same conditions for applying for teacher qualification certificate.

(seven) students who have the qualifications to run a school and have a secondary education level in pre-school education professional schools and institutions of higher learning who are above the third grade (including three years) are studying in the city where the school is located. ?

(8) If a teacher's qualification is revoked, he shall not sign up for the examination within 5 years. Those who are deprived of political rights or sentenced to more than fixed-term imprisonment for intentional crimes shall not sign up for the examination. ?
