First, psychological quality training
The psychological quality of athletes on the field directly affects the result of the competition. Karate group hand competition is a high-intensity physical and psychological confrontation. Only when the excitement of athletes is within a proper range can the speed and strength of technical movements be exerted. In daily training, psychological quality training can be carried out by methods such as induction, psychological suggestion, simulation of opponents, simulation of competition scenes and self-adjustment, so as to improve the psychological quality of athletes.
Second, technical training.
Combined with the weak foundation of college students, technical training should be placed in the most important position. Technical training includes offensive skills, defensive skills and contact skills. In today's team competition, it is difficult for a single action to hit the opponent to score. This requires players to enrich the diversity of attack in training and competition, effectively combine boxing and leg wrestling and other offensive technical actions, and strengthen players' ability of continuous attack. For example, when an opponent attacks with a straight fist, I leap to the opponent's side to avoid the punch, and then push his arm in front of his body to prevent him from attacking with the other arm. Then attack the opponent's jaw with a straight fist, lock the opponent's neck with his arm and sweep the ground with his sweeping leg to score.
Third, tactical training.
According to the tactical performance of team player events, the common tactics are direct attack, rushing attack, receiving, defensive counterattack, feint and corner kick. Direct attack and steal are the most common and easiest tactics in the team. The reason is that the competition time is short, which is determined by the rules of first come, first served. According to the score of the game, it is divided into three types: leading, stalemate and backwardness. In the case of leading the score, we should decide whether to further expand the victory or protect ourselves cautiously according to the opponent's situation. In the case of a stalemate in the score, we must first ensure that we do not lose points as much as possible.
