3. Submit the completed registration form and application form, as well as household registration book, copy of ID card and six one-inch standard photos to the armed forces department of the school. If the household registration relationship has moved to the school, it needs to be issued by the household registration section of the security department.
4. The certificate of study and the stub of the registration form shall be uniformly distributed and printed by the armed forces department of the school. The follow-up review procedure of the application form shall be coordinated by the school armed forces department and the relevant departments of the school.
