Article 12 Those who have completed the general full-time courses of nursing and midwifery for more than 3 years stipulated by the education authorities in the State Council and the health authorities in the State Council in secondary vocational schools and institutions of higher learning, including more than 8 months of nursing clinical practice in teaching and general hospitals, and obtained corresponding academic certificates may apply for taking the nurse qualification examination.

Thirteenth applicants for the nurse qualification examination shall register within the time limit stipulated in the announcement, and submit the following materials:

(1) Application form for nurse qualification examination;

(two) the original and photocopy of my valid identity certificate;

(3) Three two-inch bareheaded frontal half-length photos within half a year;

(four) the original and photocopy of the graduation certificate or degree certificate;

(five) other materials required for the review.

Applicants who are fresh graduates should register at the test center where the school is located with the graduation certificate issued by their school. The school can handle the collective registration procedures for the fresh graduates of the school.

Candidates who are not fresh graduates can choose to register at the location of personnel files.

Article 14 Anyone who applies to take the nurse qualification examination shall pay the examination fee according to the charging standard determined by the competent price department of the state.
