Everyone enjoys all human rights, all human rights.
There are 54 articles in the Convention on the Rights of the Child, including substantive article 4 1, in which dozens of children's rights are mentioned, such as the right to name, nationality, education, health, medical care, parental care, entertainment, leisure, privacy and expression. But its most basic rights can be summarized as four kinds, namely:
1. Right to life-Every child has an inherent right to life and health.
Including the right to the highest attainable standard of health care.
2. Right to protection-the right to personal development without harm.
Including the protection of children from discrimination, exploitation, torture, abuse or neglect, and the basic protection for children who have lost their families and refugee children.
3. The right to development-the right to fully develop all their physical and intellectual abilities.
Children have the right to receive formal and informal education, and children have the right to enjoy living conditions that promote their physical, psychological, spiritual, moral and social development.
4. Right to participate-the right to participate in family, cultural and social life.
Children have the right to participate in social life and express their opinions on all issues that affect them (right of expression).
