Enrollment goal of the first grade of primary school
The first-grade primary school students in our district are those who have reached the age of six (born on or before August 30, 3 16) and live in Longhua District and meet one of the following conditions:
1. School-age children with Shenzhen household registration;
2 children who enjoy the relevant preferential policies of the municipal and district governments;
3. Non-deep household registration school-age children whose parents or one of them has Shenzhen household registration;
4. School-age children who have lived in Longhua for 1 year and participated in social insurance (old-age insurance and medical insurance) for 1 year (as of March 3, 20221day).
Junior high school students enrolled in grade one
The first-grade junior high school students in our district are the sixth-grade primary school students who live in Longhua District and meet one of the following conditions:
1. Shenzhen household registration school-age children and adolescents;
2 children who enjoy the relevant preferential policies of the municipal and district governments;
3. Non-deep household registration school-age children and adolescents whose parents or one of them has Shenzhen household registration;
4. School-age children and adolescents who have lived in Longhua for 1 year and participated in social insurance (endowment insurance and medical insurance) for 1 year (as of March 3, 20221day).
(three) students who have obtained a degree in compulsory education shall not apply for a degree again.
Students who have obtained the first grade of primary school and above are not allowed to apply for a primary school degree again; Students who have obtained the first-year junior high school and above may not apply for the first-year junior high school degree again. If parents conceal the facts and reapply for a degree and are admitted to the school, their school degree will be cancelled after verification, and the consequences will be borne by the parents.
(4) School-age children and adolescents registered in Shenzhen.
1. Tripartite household registration book for school-age children, adolescents, parents (or legal guardians).
2. The child's birth certificate.
3. Housing materials: real estate license or immovable property certificate (property share ≥5 1%) of parents (or grandparents and legal guardians) of school-age children and adolescents, indigenous housing, comfortable housing, housing lease certificate (data), and other types of housing (including self-built housing, military housing, fund-raising housing, small property housing and grid housing data). (The above-mentioned house must be used for residence)
4. Non-Shenzhen sixth-grade graduates are required to provide student status information cards or the Registration Form for Primary School Graduates or the Student Handbook stamped by the original foreign school.
(5) School-age children and adolescents in Taiwan Province Province.
1. School-age children, adolescents and their parents shall provide a residence permit for People's Republic of China (PRC) (China) Taiwan Province residents or a five-year mainland travel permit for taiwan residents issued by the Shenzhen Public Security Department.

4. Social security certificate: the parents (legal guardians) of school-age children and adolescents hold the social security card issued by the municipal labor and social security department and the Shenzhen social insurance participation certificate.
5. Non-Shenzhen sixth-grade graduates need to provide student status information cards or primary school graduates registration forms or student manuals stamped by the original foreign schools.
(seven) Hong Kong and Macao school-age children and adolescents.
Hong Kong and Macao students who apply to attend compulsory education schools in our city shall submit the following materials with reference to the relevant provisions of compulsory education for children of non-deep household registration personnel in our city:
1. Child's birth certificate, Hong Kong (Macau) permanent identity card, and Hong Kong and Macao residents' mainland travel permit (Home Visit Permit).
2. Both parents or one of them is registered in Shenzhen: parents' household registration book, identity card (or other identification materials); Parents are non-registered: residence permit of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone or People's Republic of China (PRC) (PRC) Hong Kong and Macao residents, and parents' ID cards (or other identification materials) issued by Shenzhen public security department are required.

Foreign school-age children and adolescents who wish to study in our district can apply for a degree in the foreign children's school in our district (Shenzhen Manche Si Tong Castle Foreign Children's School, tel: 4008670 177).
3. How to arrange the time and procedure of degree application? How should parents register?
(1) Online Registration
(Primary One/Junior One: May 30th10: 00-June 7th at 23: 00)
According to the enrollment scope announced by each school and the type of degree accepted, select the corresponding school, fill in all the information truthfully as required, and scan and upload the certificate (original) to the registration system. For the division of school districts, please refer to the enrollment scope, accepted degree types and telephone list of public schools in Longhua District in autumn 2022 (excluding university districts).
Parents log on to Longhua Education Bureau (/BMXXGK/JYJ/YWGZ _124229/ZXXT/JZFWTD/)-"Parents Service Channel"-"Longhua District Primary One Public Registration/Longhua District Junior One Public Registration", and follow the prompts to enter the online pre-registration system to register.
Tips:
1. The registration order in this time period is not used as the ranking basis for degree arrangement. Parents are requested to stagger the registration time to avoid network congestion and affect the smooth registration.
2. All information provided online will be sent to relevant functional departments for review. Parents are requested to ensure that the information entered (selected) is accurate.
3. June 7th 1: 23:00, the first year/third year, is the end time of screen name prediction. Parents are requested to predict the screen name within the specified time, and those who fail to register within the time limit will not be submitted.
(2) School preliminary examination (Grade 1/Grade 1: June 8-June 20)
1. To apply for a degree, you don't need to go to school to review the materials. Just scan the documents (originals) needed to apply for a degree and upload them to the registration system as required. The school will conduct a preliminary review of the materials online.
2. Failure to submit or upload the preliminary examination materials to the school on time shall be deemed as automatic waiver of the degree application.
Tips:
The time of the school's preliminary examination is not used as the basis for the degree arrangement. Parents are requested to submit or upload materials within the specified time. Those who fail to submit or upload materials within the specified time shall be deemed to have given up their degree application. The applicant is fully responsible for the authenticity of the application materials and provides false materials. Once verified, his degree qualification in public schools will be cancelled and put on record, and he may not apply for transfer to public schools within the academic system. Those suspected of committing a crime shall be handed over to judicial organs for handling.
(three) enrollment and free qualification examination and review.
(Grade 1/Grade 1: June 21-July 15)
Using the data resource database of "data management platform of municipal government affairs service", the new students' admission and free qualification are compared and audited.
After the background comparison of freshmen and exemption qualifications, the applicant school will review the audit results and approved scores of each department (the specific time will be notified separately). If the verification results are unqualified due to errors or omissions in the input information, parents must recheck the information according to the requirements of the reported school, and the revised information will be sent to relevant departments for verification again. During the re-inspection of materials, parents can log in to the online forecast system to inquire about the final re-inspection results. After the audit, parents' relevant modification information and audit results will not be adopted.
(4) Admission work
(Primary One/Junior One: July1June-July 20th)
The education department shall co-ordinate arrangements for school-age children and adolescents who have passed the exemption qualification examination.
(5) Publish the list of new students.
(Primary 1/Junior 1: July 2 1)
Parents go to the school or log in to the registration system to check the admission situation.
(6) Registration of new students
(Primary 1/Junior 1: July 22-23)
All schools (Primary 1/Junior 1: July 22 -23) accept new students' registration. Parents are required to register within the specified time, and children and adolescents who fail to register at school on time will be deprived of their degrees.
Information required for primary one registration:
Student ID card or household registration book, inspection certificate of children's vaccination certificate (parents can issue inspection certificate to the nearest social health center with children's vaccination certificate, and children vaccinated locally in Shenzhen can also log on to the website of municipal and district CDC for direct printing).
