How to transfer international students?
There are three conditions for international students to transfer. First, the student's household registration and home address are transferred across provinces, cities, districts and counties, or across the district and county school districts and townships (towns);

Second, the family residence of school-age children of floating population moves across provinces, cities, districts and counties (excluding the transfer between central cities under provincial jurisdiction) and meets the admission conditions of local floating population children. Third, the parents or other guardians of students go abroad to work for a long time, support frontier construction, active servicemen (including armed police) and other reasons, and their children live with relatives in non-registered places. The specific procedures are as follows: parents or other guardians of students who need to go through the transfer formalities should show valid proof materials (the proof materials of school-age children of floating population are the same as the proof materials of admission), apply for transfer to the transfer school and its affiliated education administrative department, and go through the transfer formalities at the transfer school and its affiliated education administrative department after examination and approval. According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, in addition to the above-mentioned relevant certification materials, transfer students from other provinces also need to provide the student ID card of the school where their original student status is located.
