Yihai is one of the first-class periodicals in Hunan Province sponsored by Tian Han Drama Award, which is an excellent periodical and the only art periodical in Hunan Province. Many works recommended by Yihai won the first, second and third prizes of Tian Han Drama Award over the years. In 2004, Yihai won the "Excellent Distribution Award" in the17th Tian Han Drama Award.
In addition, Yihai has been praised by Literary Review, an internal work publication sponsored by the Propaganda Department of Hunan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China. Since its publication, Art Sea has been devoted to the service of art research and art education, paying special attention to and reflecting the latest development of the art world and the origin of art history, and has become a fertile ground for artists to work hard and share a bumper harvest. Many talented young and middle-aged artists boarded the Art Sea Forum, published their works, achieved fruitful results, and grew into well-known artists in China.
