The proposal and exploration of entrepreneurship education is the inevitable trend and important symbol of the deepening of higher education in China under the background of informationization and globalization, the inevitable result of internationalization and popularization of higher education, the inevitable requirement of knowledge economy and social development, and the fundamental responsibility of higher education in the new period. Since 2002, our school has attached great importance to education and grasped five links: first, to establish an entrepreneurship curriculum system; Second, hold an annual entrepreneurship competition; Third, establish entrepreneurial centers and associations; Fourth, carry out research on entrepreneurship education; Fifth, establish parks. Starting from professional teaching and entrepreneurial practice, our school cultivates students' entrepreneurial awareness, entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial ability, promotes students' flexible employment and independent entrepreneurship, and strives to build an entrepreneurial education system combining professional knowledge, humanistic accomplishment and innovative practice.

Here is a brief introduction to the specific situation of entrepreneurship education in our school.

First, the establishment of the park provides a platform.

In 2004, tianjin polytechnic university Garden was established through consultation with Hedong District Government. Its orientation is: tianjin polytechnic university Garden is a new type of science and education park, which is jointly built by tianjin polytechnic university and Hedong District Government, market-oriented, with college students as the main body and Industry-University-Research as the way, and integrates social and economic benefits. The deputy secretary of the Party Committee of our school personally served as the person in charge of the Pioneer Park, and the school leaders attached great importance to the development of this work, presided over meetings for many times, and conducted special research and deployment on the specific work of the Pioneer Park.

Up to now, there are nearly 10 registered enterprises in the park with a total registered capital of over 5 million. Our goal is to build the Pioneer Park into the cradle of college students' practice, entrepreneurship and success, the training base of modern science and technology and enterprise management talents, the platform of high-tech development, research and transfer, and then industrialization, and become the bridge and link between universities and society through popular science propaganda.

Second, set up elective courses of entrepreneurship such as KAB entrepreneurship basic course to provide students with systematic theoretical guidance.

As early as *, our school set up the elective course of "Special Practice of Entrepreneurship" for college students, and the textbook "Practice Course" published by Mr. Pan Yuxiang of the Business School provided systematic theoretical guidance.

In February, 2006, our school became one of the first six pilot institutions of KAB entrepreneurship course for college students, and then it was included in the school curriculum plan. On August 9th of the same year, it accepted the logo and certificate of "KAB Entrepreneurship Education Base for College Students" jointly issued by all-china youth federation and Beijing Bureau of International Labor Organization, and became one of the first universities in China. The course KAB Entrepreneurship Foundation for College Students provides students with systematic entrepreneurial theoretical knowledge. Through the active publicity of our school, the students showed great enthusiasm. Nearly 3000 students want to take this course, but due to the limited teachers, they can't meet all the students' wishes. The course of KAB entrepreneurship foundation fully embodies students' desire for entrepreneurial knowledge. Every student who can take part in this course cherishes this rare opportunity. They listened carefully, actively participated in the teacher's interactive session and took the initiative to ask questions. All students are attracted by the brand-new teaching method of KAB entrepreneurship basic course, which further stimulates the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of college students. By forming a team and writing a business plan, let each student have a clear understanding of entrepreneurship. The establishment of entrepreneurship course fully embodies the educational reform idea of implementing personalized education and cultivating innovative talents in an all-round way in our school.

Three, strengthen the construction of teachers, and further strengthen the training of teachers in entrepreneurship education.

In order to meet the needs of our students for entrepreneurial knowledge and effectively strengthen the teaching staff, our school has sent 13 teachers to participate in various kinds of entrepreneurship education teacher training in China since *.

Fourth, hold an innovation and entrepreneurship competition to create an environment conducive to cultivating entrepreneurial ability.

Our school holds a student innovation and entrepreneurship plan competition once a year. So far, it has been held for six times, and about 1000 people have participated in this activity. The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Plan Competition has effectively promoted the formation of entrepreneurship education atmosphere in our school and improved our theoretical level and decision-making thinking ability. In the previous Challenge Cup college students' scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship plan competition, our school has achieved good results. On June 7th, 2004, 165438+ In the final of the 4th "Challenge Cup" China Plan Competition held by Xiamen University, the Business Plan of Shanghai Pingyuan Glasses Co., Ltd., written by graduate students Yang Lina and Wang Jin of our school of art, won the silver prize, and Shanghai Pingyuan Glasses Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 1.5 million yuan, which is operating well.

Five, the establishment of associations to provide venues and funds for college students.

Entrepreneurial associations mainly attract college students who have pioneering and innovative spirit and want to start their own businesses. The school gives the association the necessary activity place and part of the activity funds, arranges special instructors to help the association establish and develop, and regularly or irregularly carries out activities with the theme of entrepreneurship. The goal of "Entrepreneurial Association" is to focus on the new requirements of society for talents, cultivate entrepreneurial ability, improve their own quality in an all-round way, and provide a stage for college students to learn entrepreneurial theory and practice.

Sixth, establish KAB teaching and research section, carry out research on entrepreneurship education, and broaden the ideas and ways of entrepreneurship education.

At present, the teaching of KAB course mostly imitates foreign methods and cites foreign cases. Therefore, in order to explore the KAB education suitable for the local culture and the actual situation of our students, our school has established the KAB teaching and research section, which is mainly responsible for the curriculum construction and teaching research of KAB education, and organizes theoretical discussions and teacher training of entrepreneurship education according to the outline and plan of entrepreneurship education. The teachers in the teaching and research section have spent a lot of time on various attempts such as curriculum arrangement. They work together according to the teacher's strengths and complement each other. For example, the accounting teacher teaches professional knowledge about company statements in the course, and several teachers work together to complete the game. Establish student files, so that students who have taken classes can become members of entrepreneurial associations and actively carry out activities; Regularly discuss teaching research and exchange experiences. There is only one purpose, that is, to make KAB class more exciting and to benefit students more.

With the joint efforts of teachers, KAB curriculum education has achieved very good results. Students take the initiative to ask the teacher for improvement and revision of the business plan. After the course, many students are still keeping in touch with teachers, consulting and seeking guidance on entrepreneurship.

In order to deeply study the laws and modes of education, teachers in our school actively declare topics and educational reform projects, among which the project "Tianjin Higher Education Research" of Tianjin Education Commission is presided over by Professor Li Kemin, deputy secretary of our Party Committee, which will break through the following problems: to carry out research on entrepreneurship education mode, absorb advanced experience of entrepreneurship education at home and abroad through study and investigation, and establish entrepreneurship education mode suitable for the actual situation of colleges and universities in our city; Associate Professor Pan Yuxiang of Business School's school-level teaching reform project "Design and Development of Practice System and Practice Teaching Mode of Entrepreneurship Education", the specific reform content of this project is: taking entrepreneurship education as the link and taking practice teaching as the method, establishing the design and development of practice system and practice teaching mode of entrepreneurship education with innovative content.

In recent years, teachers in our school have published nearly 30 articles on education, studied and discussed many deep-seated problems of entrepreneurship education, and effectively promoted the improvement of entrepreneurship education in our school.

Seven, the establishment of entrepreneurship education center.

Tianjin polytechnic university Entrepreneurship Education Center was formally established on June 5438+1October 65438+August 2007. Under the leadership of the Party Committee and the administration, he is mainly responsible for researching, planning, organizing, coordinating and implementing the education work in our school.

The center aims to cultivate compound economic management talents with innovative ability and entrepreneurial thinking. In order to improve the competitiveness of college students' employment and entrepreneurship in an all-round way, the Entrepreneurship Education Center has carried out many tasks, such as the construction of teaching staff, curriculum construction, theoretical research, entrepreneurship consultation, park management, activities, entrepreneurship education and training for college students and the public. Practice has proved that the work of the center is fruitful and has effectively promoted the in-depth development of education, teaching and scientific research in our school.

Eight, comprehensive publicity, advocating entrepreneurship.

1, multi-channel publicity in the school, combining point and face. Carry out entrepreneurship education and publicity for all teachers and students through the internet, posters, newspapers, exhibitions, forums and other forms, and hold entrepreneurship lectures;

2, multi-angle publicity outside the school, based on characteristics. Publicize and report the society from various angles through newspapers and TV media. In recent years, education has also been widely concerned by the society. Many national and Tianjin media have reported on our school's entrepreneurship education for many times, showing our school's vitality and potential.

3. Invite successful entrepreneurs to visit our school and give a face-to-face lecture on "Entrepreneurship". Through the cooperation with Beijing Guanghua Foundation, we contacted successful entrepreneurs and opened a lecture hall in our school. The lectures were simple and the cases were vivid and close to reality, which greatly stimulated the entrepreneurial passion of college students.

Practice has proved that with the strong support of school leaders and the joint efforts of all teachers and students, entrepreneurship education in our school has achieved initial results, but there is still a long way to go. Many of us are still learning the educational ways and methods of European and American countries. It is very necessary to explore the graduation system suitable for China education and establish a set of entrepreneurship education model in line with China's national conditions. Therefore, we will continue our efforts in the following aspects:

First, establish a complete curriculum system.

Entrepreneurship education course is a new teaching mode based on quality education and innovative education. There are many kinds of entrepreneurship education courses in American universities, and many undergraduate and even graduate education have entrepreneurship majors.

Since there is no entrepreneurship major in Chinese universities, entrepreneurship education courses should be offered on the basis of certain credits. Specifically, it can be composed of the following three levels of courses:

The first level, the elementary course of entrepreneurship education, is a basic course of entrepreneurship education aimed at cultivating college students' entrepreneurial consciousness and spirit.

The second level, the intermediate course of entrepreneurship education, is a practical education course aimed at cultivating college students' basic entrepreneurial skills.

The third level, the advanced course of entrepreneurship education, aims to cultivate college students' practical entrepreneurial ability.

Choose suitable teaching materials at different teaching levels, and compile suitable teaching materials in conjunction with major entrepreneurship education universities when necessary.

Two, the construction of teachers with practical management experience in enterprises.

According to relevant surveys, even though a few universities in China offer entrepreneurship education courses, most teachers are academic experts and lack entrepreneurial experience and practical ability, which seriously restricts the development of entrepreneurship education, a highly practical subject, and the improvement of teaching level. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen cooperation with entrepreneurs, invite some entrepreneurs to join the teaching staff of entrepreneurship education, and increase the strength of "entrepreneurship coaches" in colleges and universities in order to seek effective ways to strengthen the construction of entrepreneurship teachers.

Third, establish the operating mechanism of business incubators in colleges and universities.

At present, some universities in China have established parks to provide incubator support for their growth. Due to the limited ability of universities to provide venture capital and the lack of financial support from enterprises, the fund management of business incubators is very difficult. How to build a pioneer park in colleges and universities, play the role of business incubator, and establish venture capital financing and management system are very important.

Fourth, strengthen the exchange of entrepreneurship education and persist in deepening the research work of entrepreneurship education.

At present, there are too few ways to exchange entrepreneurship education in China, so it is not appropriate to establish a wide platform for cooperation and exchange of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Only when the experience and achievements of colleges and universities exchange needed goods and make common progress can China's entrepreneurship education flourish.
