Have a student status. Taiyuan Boda School is a private school approved by Taiyuan Education Bureau, so it has a student status. The student status files are stored in the school status management department as the basis for schools and education administrative departments at all levels to inquire, check and audit graduation qualifications.

When new primary school students enter school, they should submit the household registration book and housing certificate to the education administrative department of the jurisdiction for examination. After passing the examination, with the notice of the administrative department of education in the jurisdiction, report to the designated school within the specified time. After the freshmen report at the specified time, they will obtain the corresponding student status. Students who are not in this school district will not be allowed to establish corresponding student status.

When junior high school freshmen enter school, they should submit the original files, accounts and housing certificates of primary school students to the school for review. After the students pass the examination, they will report to the school at the specified time with the notice stamped with the school registration management chapter and school chapter of the education administrative department in the jurisdiction.

The contents of student status include: the admission notice stamped with the student status stamp of the Education Bureau of the jurisdiction and the corresponding middle school student status stamp, the primary school graduation registration form, and the quality manual uniformly formulated by the Education Bureau.

From September 1 2003, the national information management system for primary and secondary school students was completed and put into use, and every primary and secondary school student will have a lifelong school registration code. The basic information of students' registration files in this system will be collected at one time, and students will be coded uniformly throughout the country, so that each student's code will be unique in the country and used for life, and students will be managed electronically.
