(1) Students refer to students who receive full-time education in schools as stipulated in Article 3 of these Regulations;

(2) The teaching staff refers to the school managers at all levels, teachers and other school employees (including temporary workers);

(3) School safety refers to the safety of the campus and surrounding environment of the school and the safety of extracurricular activities organized by the school.

Forty-seventh child safety accidents in nurseries and kindergartens shall be handled according to the characteristics of children as completely incapacitated persons and with reference to these regulations.

School safety accidents of other educatees registered within the scope of school management shall be handled with reference to these regulations.

These Regulations shall not apply to school safety accidents that have been dealt with before the implementation of these Regulations.
