Organizational forms of kindergarten teaching activities

1. Collective teaching

Collective teaching activity is an organizational form for children to learn the same content at the same time, place and in the same way. It is one of the common forms in kindergarten activities and a long-standing teaching organization form in China.

The advantage is that a prescribed teaching task can be realized more intensively and quickly, which is conducive to cultivating children's collectivity and self-control.

The disadvantage is that due to the large number of children, the cognitive level and learning ability of each child cannot be fully considered, and it is difficult for teachers to concentrate all children's attention and take care of each child's development level.

2. Group teaching

Grouping teaching activity is that teachers divide the whole class of children into two or more groups according to the teaching needs or the different levels and interests of children, and carry out teaching activities according to the characteristics of each group.

The advantage is that a group of children can be given comprehensive and meticulous guidance, and children can interact with teachers conveniently, which is conducive to the mutual communication between teachers and children.

The disadvantage is that the requirements for the corresponding parks, teachers and equipment are high.

3. Individual teaching

Individualized teaching activities are targeted teaching activities conducted by teachers in the form of one-on-one according to children's individual interests and needs and different ability levels.

The advantage is that individual teaching activities are based on individual differences, which can better consider the ability and acceptance of each child and take care of the characteristics and interests of individual children.

The disadvantage is that it consumes a lot of time and energy and needs more human resources and other subjective and objective conditions.
