The start-up time of the project is counted from the date when the school officially announces it. The project completion time is generally limited to one year, and the longest is not more than one and a half years.
2. Once the undergraduate research project is approved by the school, the project leader should work out a specific work plan according to the project implementation plan to ensure that the project is completed as planned and required.
3. Colleges [departments] must be equipped with instructors for undergraduate research projects, but instructors cannot directly participate in research work.
4. The school will provide partial funding for the formally established undergraduate research projects. The funds allocated to the hospital [department] will be paid by the hospital [department] in installments, and the funds will be used for special purposes. Hospitals [departments] should give corresponding financial support.
5. In the middle of the project progress, the person in charge of the project should submit the Progress Report of Undergraduate Scientific Research Project of Huazhong Normal University to the college [department] as required, so as to ensure that the scientific research project is promoted in an orderly manner as planned. The Academic Affairs Office will organize experts to carry out mid-term inspection and acceptance, and publish the evaluation results.
6. After the completion of the project, the person in charge of the project shall fill in the Report on Undergraduate Scientific Research Project of Huazhong Normal University and submit it to the Teaching Management Office of the College [Department] together with the actual results of the project. The first finisher of the project must be the student who completed the project, otherwise the project cannot be completed.
7. The Academic Affairs Office shall organize relevant experts to adjust the progress of completed undergraduate scientific research projects, and invite the project completion person to debate the progress when necessary.
8. The school will reward outstanding undergraduate research achievements (including tutors). If it has practical value, please apply for a patent and promote it.
9. For projects that cannot be completed on time or cannot be completed, the school will reduce the funding or recover all the funding.
