Xipian Village in Hukeng Town is a world cultural heritage-the location of Zhen Fu Building, a Hakka earth building in Yongding, Fujian. From Nanxi, a river runs around the village like a dragon, bounded by a small stream, with Xipian Village (Hukeng Village) in the east and Xipian Village in the west, hence the name Xipian Village. There are 4 natural villages and 12 villagers' groups in the village, with a total of 487 households 1745 people, including 55 people from party member (including women from party member 12 people), with a total area of 8,480 mu, including cultivated land 1696 mu and forest land of 2,479 mu. It has been awarded "Safe Village Residence" by the city, advanced grass-roots party organization of the county party committee, excellent demonstration village of "Safe Family" in Yongding County and "2006-2008" civilized village in Yongding County. In recent years, Xipian Village has seized the opportunity that Zhenfulou is listed as the cultural and educational center of clean government and Fujian Tulou Museum, and actively developed Tulougou tourism, taking Zhenfulou as its main destination. The villagers' benefits are constantly expanding. At the same time, Xia Nanxi Nature Village is also one of the main shooting places of the large-scale TV series "Xia Nanyang".

Xipian Village is adjacent to Xinjie Village, Hukeng Village, Huang Wu Village, Liulian Village, Hongkeng Village, Louxia Village, Wuwu Village, Aogeng Village, Shanxia Village, Yang Duo Village, Xinnan Village, Nanjiang Village, Shijia Village and Wuyin Village.

On June 6th, 20 19, Xipian Village was included in the fifth batch of traditional villages in China.

On August 3rd, 20654381,the second batch of provincial traditional villages in Fujian Province was announced, and Xipian Village was among them.

Zhen Fu building

Zhen Fu Building is located in Xipian Village, Hukeng Town, Yongding County. In the second year of the Republic of China (19 13), Su Zhentai, who became rich by selling cigarettes, started construction. Round earth building, facing south, covering an area of 4000 square meters. Like Sincere Building, it is a part of modern western architectural art of Hakka earth building in the early 20th century.

There are some tourist attractions near Xipian Village, such as Zhenfulou, Fujian Tulou (Yongding) Tourist Scenic Area, Hongkeng Tulou Group (Folk Culture Village), Nanxi Tulou Group, Zhenchenglou, Xiang Yan Tower, and other specialties, such as Yongding Red Persimmon, Yongding Morinda officinalis, Yongding Dried Vegetable, Yongding June Red Early Matou and Yongding Banana.
