From September 23rd, students who have been exempted from the exam can register, inquire about their academic qualifications and related policies, fill in their personal data and pay online through the "Exemption Service System" of the research recruitment network. From September 28th to1October 20th 10, students who are admitted without taking the exam can fill in their volunteers through the "service system for exemption from taking the exam", and receive and confirm the re-examination and the proposed admission notice of the enrollment unit.

The measures for recommending and receiving students who are exempted from tuition fees shall be formulated and promulgated by the recommending schools and receiving units in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education. Candidates can check the information such as "get the charter of exemption students" and "enrollment professional catalogue of exemption students" in the "exemption service system".

Students who fail to implement the receiving unit according to the specified date will no longer retain the exemption qualification. Students who have been admitted by the admissions unit are not allowed to take the postgraduate examination of that year, otherwise their admission qualification will be cancelled.
