1. Professional and technical personnel shall participate in continuing education for no less than 90 hours every year, including no less than 60 hours for professional subjects and no less than 18 hours for public subjects (including no less than 12 hours for general public subjects).
2. When professional and technical personnel declare their professional titles, the year that meets the requirements of continuing education hours should be consistent with the requirements of the number of years specified in the declaration of professional titles. Only when the current year and the previous year meet the requirements of continuing education hours for two consecutive years can they declare their professional titles. 3. In order to better complete the transition, the school hours before 20 19 are regarded as qualified, and other regulations in the province are another matter.
Second, other requirements.
The content of continuing education includes public subjects and professional subjects.
1. Public demand subjects include basic knowledge such as laws and regulations, theoretical policies, professional ethics and technical information that professional and technical personnel should generally master.
2 professional subjects include new theories, new knowledge, new technologies, new methods and other professional knowledge that professional and technical personnel should master in their professional work.
3 professional and technical personnel to participate in continuing education time, the annual cumulative should be not less than 90 hours, of which, professional subjects are generally not less than 2/3 of the total hours.
4 professional and technical personnel to participate in continuing education in the following ways, included in my continuing education hours:
(a) Attending training courses, seminars or refresher courses;
(two) to participate in relevant continuing education practice activities;
(three) to participate in distance education;
(four) to participate in academic conferences, academic lectures, academic visits and other activities;
(five) other ways in accordance with the provisions.
The specific measures for determining the mode and hours of continuing education shall be formulated by the administrative departments of human resources and social security of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
