Ying, a native of Shanghai, was born in 1963. She graduated from Yangpu Kindergarten and studied at Yangpu Education College and East China Normal University. Won the honorary titles of Shanghai Super Teacher, Shanghai Model Worker, Shanghai Excellent Educator and Shanghai Top Ten Teachers. Participated in the compilation of early childhood education courses in different regions, such as the second-phase curriculum reform textbook in Shanghai and the etiquette course for welcoming the World Expo in Shanghai, and served as the host of the "Advanced Seminar for Famous Teachers in Shanghai" organized by the Shanghai Education Commission. He has published more than ten articles in magazines such as Kindergarten, Preschool Education, Shanghai Kindergarten and Early Childhood Education. His main works are "Children are the sky and I am the cloud" and "Learning in the wall environment".
