In the five-year program, the minimum academic achievement of nursing technicians participating in recognized continuing nursing education activities every year is 25 credits, of which class I needs 3- 10 credits and class II needs 15-22 credits. Nurses in charge of hospitals in provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and above must obtain 5- 10 credits awarded by the national continuing nursing education project within 5 years.

This qualification is applicable to on-the-job health technicians who have obtained the nurse's practice certificate and registered, and are directly engaged in nursing technical work.

Evaluation criteria:

Nurses in charge of nursing specialty must master the basic theory of this specialty, understand the knowledge of related disciplines and the development trend of this specialty at home and abroad; Have certain nursing experience, familiar with nursing technical operation and common first aid techniques.
