Taking care of children: the common responsibility and challenge of husband and wife
On the road of child-rearing, husband and wife are comrades-in-arms fighting side by side, and both of them may become the source of contradictions. This paper will discuss the responsibilities and challenges of husband and wife's joint parenting from two aspects: conceptual differences and division of labor communication.

Conceptual differences

Every couple has their own educational ideas and expectations for their children. If you don't communicate in time, it will easily lead to emotional conflicts between the two sides. Therefore, husband and wife should communicate frankly, respect each other's opinions and feelings, and work out a parenting plan together.

Division of labor communication

Faced with heavy housework, work and child-rearing tasks, it is easy for husband and wife to be dissatisfied because of role change and responsibility distribution. Therefore, husband and wife should negotiate a good division of labor, support and understand each other, and share the responsibility of parenting.

Seek external help

When there are contradictions between husband and wife, they can seek advice from their elders, relatives and friends or children's psychologists to provide a more objective perspective for both sides. At the same time, husband and wife should listen to each other's opinions and feelings patiently, really think about the problem from each other's point of view and find a common solution.
