On the basis of inheriting the humanistic value of Chinese studies, we should actively improve the humanistic quality and innovation ability of the people, effectively change the development mode, comprehensively enhance the technological innovation, intensive innovation, knowledge innovation, system innovation, market innovation, service innovation and management innovation of national enterprises, consolidate the quality of development, enhance the sense of civic awareness and social responsibility, cultivate China's independent innovation and core competitiveness, and promote the change of home strategy from "Made in China" to "Created in China" to shape the country's soft power. Together with relevant units and strategic partners, we will plan and hold theme forums, special forums, experts' public welfare trips, urban sub-forums, annual meetings and other related universities, student associations, public welfare organizations, academic institutions and news media in major provinces and cities across the country, mobilize more volunteers for Chinese studies education, and organize and plan colorful public welfare activities such as Chinese studies volunteer salons, series of lectures on Chinese studies and popularization of Chinese studies knowledge. Engaged in the promotion of public welfare activities of Chinese sinology education projects, responsible for the specific operation planning, organization and implementation, dissemination and promotion, training and teaching, popularization of sinology knowledge, and fundraising of public welfare funds. Volunteers of Chinese studies can apply for editing and designating official website, official blog and official QQ group. We can develop local education and training institutions, enterprises and institutions, actively participate in the activities of the theme project of "Chinese Sinology Education Project", set up a "Chinese Sinology Education and Training Base", or develop project agencies, and hold "Chinese Sinology Public Welfare Forum" on a regular basis.

Anyone who has a technical secondary school degree or above, loves the cause of Chinese studies and is interested in participating in public welfare activities of Chinese studies education can apply for volunteers of Chinese studies education projects. You only need to request and fill in the Application Form for Chinese Studies Volunteers as required, submit it to the secretariat of Chinese Studies Volunteers for examination and approval, and receive relevant business training and assessment, so as to obtain corresponding qualifications, work arrangements and authorization.

Volunteers have priority in obtaining senior representatives of project activities, local project operation or agency, giving priority to or reducing opportunities to study EDP education and Chinese studies training, appropriate remuneration or subsidies, and giving priority to commercial operation of the project.
