The development of human thinking generally goes through three stages:

The goal of logical thinking is designed from four aspects: method, ability, habit and spirit.

First, thinking methods, including comparison, analysis, generalization, reasoning and so on. Second, the ability of dialectical thinking and rational and responsible expression of their views; Third, thinking habits, willing to explore and diligent in thinking; Fourth, rational spirit, cultivate an attitude of seeking truth from facts and advocating true knowledge.

Based on Chinese experience, this paper combs the rational thinking methods in inquiry activities, including logical thinking methods such as analysis and comparison, inductive reasoning, dialectical thinking, critical thinking and creative thinking.
