2. Different recruitment objectives
Generally, the recruitment targets of provincial police are based on the recruitment conditions of civil servants, and then the corresponding talents are selected according to their own characteristics and specific positions. The recruitment of police in national police colleges is mainly aimed at the fresh graduates of public security major in police colleges, and the recruitment of police in social police is mainly aimed at retired soldiers, on-the-job personnel and other social personnel, grassroots service project personnel, etc.
3. The exam time is different
The recruitment time of provincial police is the same as that of provincial examination, generally in the first half of the year, especially on April 25th. The social police recruitment examination varies from province to province, and the examination time is mostly in the second half of the year. The national police recruitment examination in public security colleges has been scheduled for April 23-24 (16).
4. The content of written test is different.
Generally speaking, the written examination subject of provincial police recruitment is the same as that of provincial civil servants, and it is more common to take a test+application. Some provinces take public basic knowledge+line test, and some provincial police exams need to take one more public security professional knowledge. The written examination subjects of social police recruitment are mainly three subjects: line test, applied theory and public security professional subjects (English test in individual provinces). The written examination subjects of police recruitment in public security colleges in China are public subjects (line test and application) and professional subjects (basic theory of public security science and public security-related legal knowledge).
5. Interview has different functions.
The interview test scores of provincial police recruitment and social police recruitment need to be included in the final score, so as to rank the scores and decide the final admission. However, in principle, the results of the interview examination for police recruitment in national public security colleges are not included in the total score, but only divided into qualified and unqualified, which are the conditions for entering the next recruitment process.
