The gap between myself and the famous teacher is really too big. I spend my days in the hustle and bustle, indulging in complicated affairs every day, and sometimes I don't even understand. Have you finished your work? Yes, did you do it? I didn't do it well. I just wanted to get by, not do it well. The reason is that there is no positive attitude and enthusiasm of famous teachers. In order to change the status quo, I want to find a breakthrough from the following aspects.
First, we should have a sunny attitude.
Mentality determines everything. In real life, everyone has to encounter the collision between ideal and reality, bear all kinds of pressures and tests, and need us to crack and surprise. In the complicated work, I often sigh: "Now students are not easy to teach!" "The teacher is too tired to work!" When I sigh, my mood becomes gloomy. I don't like anything, I don't like anything, and I even take it out on my students. But think about it carefully, it is true that the teacher's work is very tired. You sigh day by day and are happy day by day. In addition, students sigh and teach well. Do they do their homework well? In fact, we all know that teachers' emotions will directly affect students. Therefore, in the process of education and teaching, I should have a sunny attitude and do our work well with a smile. As the saying goes, "there is more sorrow than death in your heart." When a person loses self-confidence, gives up self-esteem and becomes enterprising and complacent, what can I do?
I began to talk to him often and encourage him, but with little success.
