Beijing Shuanghe Farm (now Beijing Shuanghe Reeducation through Labor Camp, originally a set of two brands) belongs to Beijing Reeducation through Labor Administration (now Beijing Education and Correction Bureau). This area is an "enclave" of Beijing in Heilongjiang Province (the land is allocated by the government, and the land use right belongs to Shuanghe Farm, but the land ownership still belongs to the local government). Located at the junction of Meris District and gannan county City in Qiqihar City. The land area is 570,000 mu, including about 520,000 mu in Gannan and more than 40,000 mu in Meris.
