Eight rights
Schools and other educational institutions have eight rights: to manage independently according to the articles of association, to organize educational and teaching activities, to recruit students and educatees, to manage students' identity, to give clear rewards and punishments, to issue academic certificates, to hire teachers, to manage staff, to manage the use of facilities and funds, and to refuse illegal interference in educational and teaching activities.
Six major obligations
Schools and other educational institutions also have six obligations to fulfill: abide by laws and regulations, implement educational policies, ensure the quality of education, safeguard the rights and interests of teachers and students, provide information facilities such as academic performance, charge fees according to regulations, be open and accept supervision according to law.
Protection of rights and obligations
These rights and obligations guarantee the rights and interests of every educated person. We should understand these regulations and contribute to a better educational environment.
