Regardless of their achievements and positions, there are no exceptions in all party member; (5) putting the interests of the party and the country, that is, the people, above personal interests; When the interests of the two conflict, resolutely obey the interests of the party, the country, that is, the people; (6) Serving the people wholeheartedly, keeping close contact with the people, learning from the people, listening with an open mind, reflecting the people's demands and opinions to the Party in time, and explaining the Party's policies and resolutions to the people; (seven) to play an exemplary role in the work, and constantly improve the production technology and business ability; (eight) to carry out criticism and self-criticism, expose shortcomings and mistakes in the work, and strive to overcome and correct them; Report the shortcomings and mistakes in the work to the party's leading organs until the CPC Central Committee; Fight against all phenomena that endanger the interests of the party and the people inside and outside the party; (9) Being loyal and honest to the Party and not concealing or distorting the facts; (10) Always be alert to the enemy's conspiracies and the secrets of the Conservative Party and the state. If party member fails to comply with these obligations, it should be criticized and educated. If he seriously violates these obligations, undermines the unity of the party, violates the laws of the state, violates the resolutions of the party, harms the interests of the party, and deceives the party, it is a violation of party discipline and should be given disciplinary sanctions.
