Classroom thinking:

1. The disadvantages of alumni career lectures turn to students taking the initiative to interview alumni.

2. Nine major problems, and you can interview career information comprehensively. (Outline provided by the classical teacher)

The problems behind the difficulties come down to two categories: self-confidence and emotion.

Social cognitive career theory. This theory expounds the core dynamic mechanism and process of career choice. Facing the visitors who lack interest, self-efficacy and mobility, this theory is very enlightening.

SCCT theory tries to reveal the dynamic mechanism of career choice, so as to predict personal interests, career goals, career choices and other processes. Theoretical proponents such as Lent, Hackett and Betz put forward the following key assumptions about career choice and behavior:

1. Personal career goals are influenced by career interests; It will also affect career choices and actions, and further determine subsequent achievements.

2. Improving self-efficacy and expectation of results can effectively stimulate career interests, and then help individuals form career goals.

3. Learning experience is the key to affect individual self-efficacy and result expectation; Limited by individual factors and environmental variables.

Individual factors: genetic characteristics, gender, nationality/race, health status, etc.

Environmental variables: market, policy, society and culture.

1. Expect the result.

Outcome expectation refers to an individual's belief in completing a specific behavioral outcome (Bandura, 1986). This element answers "What will happen if I do this".

2. Self-efficacy.

People's belief in their ability to act to achieve the specified results (Bandura, 1986), that is, the individual's self-evaluation of their own ability level (not the actual ability level, often visitors with good ability have low self-efficacy). This element answers, "Can I do this well?" .

3. Learning experience.

Learning experience is a key factor affecting a person's future goals and behaviors, which determines the individual's belief in the result expectation and self-efficacy. In the learning experience, there are several points that will promote self-efficacy and result expectation:

Achievement event: an individual's experience of successfully achieving something and having a sense of accomplishment.

② Substitution experience: indirect experience learned from peers or role models.

③ Emotional state: a common emotional response when facing pressure challenges.

④ Social encouragement: encouragement and recognition of important or authoritative figures.

4. Support system.

Individual support system has an important influence on the realization, choice and action of career goals. When the individual support system is complete and individuals can get support from resources, experience or psychology, the goal is easier to achieve.

Personal experience: groping all the way, learning all the way, reflecting all the way, new ideas, new goals and new explorations.

It is found that the sense of accomplishment comes from the influence on students.

Explain the transformation you have experienced with scct theory.

Achievement display: Start with small things and let students experience a sense of accomplishment.

Other people's experience: students' experience sharing.

(1) Description;

(2) Who is involved;

(3) What actions have actually been taken;

(4) How do you feel?

(5) What is the result, that is, the subjects must recall and state a complete story.
