Responsible for the comprehensive coordination of important party affairs, government affairs and bureau affairs; Responsible for drafting the work plan of the Education Bureau, summarizing and synthesizing relevant written materials; Responsible for the organization and arrangement of Party committees, executive meetings, director's office meetings, bureau-level important meetings and the supervision of matters agreed at the meetings; Responsible for the supervision of important matters assigned by superior departments and bureau leaders; Organize and coordinate the supervision, summary and reporting of various targets issued by the National Target Office; Responsible for secretarial, confidential, archives, letters and visits, confidentiality, security, information and logistics management; Responsible for overall planning, comprehensive management, external publicity and open government affairs.

Responsible for organizing the compilation of educational yearbooks and educational records; Responsible for handling NPC proposal and CPPCC proposal; Responsible for rejuvenating the country through science and education.
