National emotional education policy
Disabled children's rehabilitation assistance targets are eligible children with vision, hearing, speech, limbs, intelligence and autistic children aged 0-6, including urban and rural low-income families, children with disabilities from poor families with established files and children's welfare institutions; Disabled orphans and disabled children are included in the scope of support for poor people.

Legal basis:

Article 2 of the State Council's Opinions on Establishing Rehabilitation Assistance System for Disabled Children refers to eligible children aged 0-6 with vision, hearing, speech, limbs, intelligence and autism. Including urban and rural minimum living security families, disabled children from poor households who set up files and set up cards, and disabled children taken in and raised by child welfare institutions; Disabled orphans and disabled children are included in the scope of support for poor people; Disabled children from other economically disadvantaged families. Specific measures for identifying other families with financial difficulties shall be formulated by local people's governments at or above the county level.
