What guidance does the Talents Program want from teachers?
The Talents Program hopes to get the necessary help and guidance from teachers in work and life.

Another explanation of the talent plan is the abbreviation of the middle school students' scientific and technological innovation reserve talent training plan, which is a joint work of China Association for Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education. ?

Its purpose is to carry out the spirit of the National Science and Technology Innovation Conference, implement the requirements of the National Medium-and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (20 10-2020) on "supporting qualified high schools to cooperate with universities and research institutes to carry out research and experiments on innovative talents training and establish innovative talents training bases", and discover and train a group of reserve talents with scientific potential.

"Talent Plan" was jointly initiated by China Association for Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education. Over the past three years, we have trained 1755 outstanding middle school students, stimulated their scientific interest, initially mastered the basic methods of scientific research, and set up lofty scientific aspirations. In order to show the achievements of the trainees' training, the Talents Program organizes an "Talents Forum" every year after the trainees' training, evaluates the trainees' training, and promotes exchanges among the trainees.

Introduction to the plan:

In order to let the fresh graduates integrate into the team as soon as possible and get the necessary help and guidance in their work and life, Shuaikang started the talent planning tutor system.

The tutors of the talents program students are strictly selected by the Group Human Resources Department. All tutors have worked in Shuaikang for a certain number of years, with good professional quality, positive attitude, good communication skills and the ability to motivate employees. The period for tutors to perform their duties is one year, counting from the date when students enter the company.

The tutor's main responsibilities include helping students get familiar with the working environment as soon as possible, understanding the company's management system, workflow and code of conduct, recognizing the corporate culture and integrating into the enterprise as soon as possible; At work, help students to clarify their job responsibilities and work objectives, pay attention to their work efficiency, and provide guidance for improving their performance;

Pay attention to students' ideological trends and give effective guidance; Evaluate and confirm the students together with their direct supervisors and department leaders; Evaluate students' working ability, learning progress and conduct every six months, and feedback the evaluation opinions to the Group Human Resources Department.
