1) kindergarten

(1) should be equipped with residential areas;

(2) Choose a safe area with abundant sunshine, good air circulation, no pollution, no noise interference and traffic danger;

(3) service radius should not be greater than 500 m;

(4) There should be a convenient and safe walking system, and its entrances and exits should not be open to the main urban traffic roads. There should be enough parking spaces for people and cars outside the gate;

⑤ Kindergartens should have enough outdoor sports venues with an activity area of not less than 1/2, which is outside the sunshine shadow of standard buildings.

If it is a separate kindergarten land, the control of plot ratio and building density in local planning is different. The general plot ratio is 0.4~0.7. The building density should be 30~50%.
