1 School-age children born from September 2005 to August 2006 are healthy (no chronic infectious diseases), have normal intelligence, can participate in group activities normally and meet one of the following conditions, and enter kindergarten in autumn 2009.

(1) Hold a permanent residence in the enrollment area before March 3, 2009 (the residence is valid with parents or grandparents and the parents or grandparents are the head of the household); If the registered permanent residence has not been moved due to relocation, school-age children who meet the above conditions can be arranged to attend kindergartens in the corresponding areas in the enrollment areas with valid relocation certificates and household registration certificates.

(2) School-age children with blue-printed hukou in the enrollment area can be arranged to attend kindergartens in the corresponding areas.

(3) School-age children (the property right belongs to their parents or children themselves) who hold the real estate license in the enrollment area can be arranged to attend kindergartens in the corresponding areas.

(4) The children have no Shanghai household registration for the time being, but if one parent has a permanent residence in the enrollment area, it will be arranged in Shanghai according to the permanent residence of one parent.

(5) Those who hold the Shanghai Residence Permit valid for one year or more issued by the Shanghai Personnel Bureau and hold the valid residence certificate in the enrollment area will be arranged as a whole according to the kindergarten class number.

(6) Those who hold the Shanghai Residence Permit issued by the public security department with a validity period of one year or more and hold a valid residence certificate in the enrollment area shall be arranged by the education department according to the enrollment situation.
