Since I entered the education industry, I have always treated my work with a diligent and down-to-earth attitude, standardized my teaching behavior with teachers' ethics, and made being a good teacher my motto. In the past seventeen years, I have stood on the podium and devoted myself to youth, watering every seedling with sincerity and love. In my work, I conscientiously implement the Party's educational policy, earnestly perform the duty of teaching and educating people, strictly obey the school's work arrangements, unite with comrades, care about students, work hard, be willing to contribute, be strict with myself, be loved by students, be respected by parents, be praised by comrades, be trusted by leaders, and be commended by schools and superiors many times.

First, political thought. Since I joined the work, I have always been loyal to the party's educational cause, fully implemented the party's educational policy, abided by teachers' professional ethics, obeyed the school's work arrangements, and extensively United comrades and cooperated with each other. Be strict with yourself, strive to improve yourself, analyze yourself, face up to yourself, study new educational theories seriously, and update educational concepts in time. Take part in school activities with your heart and reflect and summarize in time. Strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the school, do not be late, do not leave early, and take the initiative to ask for leave. At work, respect leaders, unite colleagues, correctly handle the relationship with leading colleagues, be sincere to people, love students, and regulate your words and deeds with the requirements of a people's teacher everywhere.

As a teacher, I know that learning is a lifelong thing. Only by continuous learning can we keep pace with the times ideologically, excel in business and become a qualified people's teacher. In the work of 17 years, I have always abided by the principles, policies, laws and regulations of the party and the country, studied Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory seriously, stood firm and took a clear-cut stand on the issue of right and wrong, always kept a high degree of consistency with the party's principles and policies, and was loyal to the party's education. At ordinary times, I earnestly study the party's current affairs principles and policies, care about state affairs, and use the learned political theory to guide my work.

Third, the ability of education, teaching and teaching research. In recent years, I have been fighting in the front line of teaching, and at the same time undertake the teaching and research work of information technology, scientific teaching and scientific Taoism. No matter where I work, I aim at students' lifelong development, strive to do every class well, pay attention to the cultivation of students' habits and the improvement of students' abilities. As a teacher, I always look at every child with appreciation and care for every young heart; As a teacher, I always do a good job as a teacher's "waiter", do a good job of uploading and distributing, keep in mind my job responsibilities and try my best to finish it. I can be strict with myself in teaching, and I can do whatever the teacher asks me to do first. In preparing lessons, I carefully studied the textbooks and made clear the basic ideas and concepts of the textbooks, so as to deeply understand the textbooks and accurately grasp the important and difficult points. In the classroom, I try to show my educational and teaching ideas and practice autonomous classroom. In the past two years, I tried to study the integration of autonomous classroom and deep classroom, find their similarities, and try to understand the meaning and essence of deep classroom, so as to provide useful reference and supplement for our autonomous classroom. I constantly strengthen my study, constantly update my education and teaching concepts, and establish modern education, teachers, students, courses and talents. Fourth, be strict with yourself and set an example for students. The sentence "Teachers are engineers of human souls" tells us that as people's teachers, we should not only teach, but also educate people. Educators must first be teachers and set an example for students everywhere. Teachers' words and deeds have a subtle influence on students' thinking, behavior and quality, and teachers' words and deeds have an exemplary role for students. Therefore, educators all over the world attach great importance to and emphasize that teachers should be teachers.

In the historical development of education, being a teacher has become the minimum moral requirement for teachers. From ideological style to life style, from words and deeds, from heart to appearance, they have set an example for purifying social atmosphere. "Orders only command people, and examples can change people." Teachers themselves are idols in students' minds. Therefore, teachers should play an exemplary role in fulfilling moral norms, set an example and be a teacher, win the respect and trust of students with good professional ethics, educate students with noble personality and moral quality, and influence students.

Fifth, strengthen the cultivation of teachers' morality and be a model for others. Teachers' morality and style, simple understanding is the moral demeanor of teachers from teaching. Learn to be an official and be a teacher; Learning is a teacher's skeleton, and virtue is a teacher's soul. Confucius, known as the "famous teacher of the ages", once said, "If you don't cultivate yourself, don't talk about learning, you can't move when you smell righteousness, and you can't change if you are not good." Strengthening the ideological and moral construction of young students is a fine tradition of the Chinese nation, the primary task of teacher education in the new period, and the inevitable requirement of every teacher. To this end, I constantly strengthen my study of teachers' morality and style, apply what I have learned, and start from bit by bit to become a model for teachers in our school.

6. Care for students. Without love, there is no education. In my work, I strive to "combine strictness with kindness" and sincerely love every student with a simple love. In every class, I will educate students with full love, influence students with love, and let students feel the care of teachers all the time. Play with students after class, exchange ideas with students, understand the needs of each student, try your best to solve problems for students, and let students feel at ease in their studies.

Seven, work performance. I love my career, I love my school, and I have been conscientious in my work. With my unremitting efforts and the enthusiastic help of my colleagues, my class performance has always been at the forefront of the whole institute. Over the years, my teaching ideas have been affirmed and the quality of teaching has been improved, relying on my perseverance, love, hard work and diligence.

Exploring the true meaning of happiness is to get real happiness, to practice happiness education and to harvest the happiness of education.
