Recruitment and training mode

Take the orientation training method, that is, apply for orientation and fix the unit, and all students will work in the political and legal organs below the county (city) level according to the orientation unit determined at the time of admission. The civil service recruitment examination is taken together with the education entrance examination, and the admission is based on merit. It is divided into three categories: junior college education, undergraduate education and postgraduate education. The academic system lasts for two years, and students in pilot classes with different educational levels are directed to courts and procuratorates below the county (city) level. During the school period, I will take the national unified judicial examination and implement a separate qualification policy.

When the enrollees of the pilot class report to the relevant colleges and universities, they will sign an orientation training agreement with the provincial political and legal departments and orientation units where the training colleges and orientation units are located, and their accounts and files will be moved to the school. Tuition is free during school and living allowance is given.

College education adopts the education mode of high school education or above, in which the internship in grass-roots political and legal organs is not less than half a year, and the college graduation certificate is issued to students who meet the graduation conditions.

Undergraduate education begins with a junior college degree or above and begins with a second bachelor's degree. Among them, students who have been practicing in grass-roots political and legal organs for not less than half a year and completed the required studies are awarded undergraduate diplomas and bachelor's degrees in accordance with relevant state regulations.

Postgraduate education adopts the training mode of master's degree in law, starting with bachelor's degree or above in law. During the school period, one year of theoretical teaching and one year of practical teaching were arranged, of which half a year was an internship in the practical department. According to the relevant provisions of the state, those who pass the course examination and pass the thesis defense will be awarded a master's diploma and a master's degree in law.
