The Teaching Wisdom of a Generation of Famous Teachers —— Thoughts on Reading My Education Story by Yu Yongzheng.
Yu Yongzheng, a well-known name in basic education in China, a name admired by countless educators, and a leader in the field of small languages. Thousands of teachers, students and families have benefited from his teaching and influence. "Cross-century teacher", "model worker" and "national expert with outstanding achievements" ... every honor is the crystallization of his hard work in Xingtan. Despite these honors, he is just a teacher who wants students to like and an educator who is happy to walk on the teaching road. And this road, he is a lifetime.

Although Mr. Wang has driven the crane to the west, he has left his thoughts behind forever, like kindling, illuminating our classroom. Although I haven't had the opportunity to attend his class in my life, I have seen many of his Chinese teaching records (written drafts) and teaching videos. Teacher Yu's class is very interesting. Under the guidance of his interesting logical thinking, students write meticulously, read with affection and write with interest.

Recently, I was lucky enough to get Mr. Yu Yongzheng's posthumous work My Educational Story. In the dead of night, I devoutly opened a new book with ink fragrance, and listened to an ordinary but touching educational story told by Yu Yongzheng, an old-timer of education, by the rustling autumn insects at the window and accompanied by the soft lights at the table. Those little stories came into my heart like a trickle, as warm as sunshine. ?

Those stories are so familiar and intimate to read, and they all seem familiar: caring for students with difficulties and children from single-parent families like fathers; Squat down and talk to the children and listen to their voices; Take the children for an outing and have a picnic; Fighting with the "troublemakers" in the class ..... Some scenes are even staged in our class every day. However, how do you reflect on yourself and face these? Our class also has children from poor families and single-parent families every year. It's really shameful to think about it! I don't care enough about them, I haven't really understood their inner world, and I can't patiently listen to their children's thoughts. Looking at their carefree smiles all day, I always feel that the children are still young, and maybe the troubles in the world can't bother them. As everyone knows, these little people also have their own small world and little troubles. Teaching in the early years, I can have fun with my children after school, playing table tennis and playing rubber band games. But as I get older, I'm always bored. I want to be quiet after class and don't like to play with children. I feel older and older. However, in the 50-year education career, Mr. Yu finally taught himself. Whenever there is chaos in the class, I am at a loss, so I can only take coercive measures or break into a furious rage, or punish those who take the lead in making trouble. However, when the teacher encounters such a scene, he can be calm, not glaring, not getting angry, and will soon calm the whole class down. He relies on "soft power". As he said in the article "Stories in Stories": "Using' soft power' will neither hurt students nor hurt themselves, and the effect is better. The nickname of "soft power" is "tolerance". The stronger the' soft power', the more handy the teacher's education will be. " What a profound educational motto! What excellent teaching wisdom!

What impressed me most was the teachers' teaching wisdom in writing, reading and writing in Chinese class. Teacher Yu said in the article "Tales of Characters": "If you write well, read well and write well, you won't fail in the Chinese exam." For Chinese teaching in the lower grades of primary schools, reading and writing are the basis of learning Chinese, but if we teach them, they will become stale. The students who are taught can't write a good hand or read a few beautiful articles, let alone write a good article.

About writing. Teacher Yu wrote my opinion on the blackboard. The three teachers have one thing in common: beautifully written and well written! These three teachers are deeply loved by the students. Even affected the child's life. Teacher Yu said: "writing on the blackboard is very important, and the words typed in the computer are dead and cold;" The words on the teacher's blackboard are alive and emotional. "Teacher Yu insists on posting every day, and she will never enter the classroom unless she practices the words on the blackboard according to the copybook. Almost all his subjects are written on the blackboard, reminding important strokes and playing a role of demonstration and guidance. When you start writing, you should always remind students of the requirements of practicing calligraphy. He also said in the article "Work hard, start with writing good words": "Teachers should read regular script copybooks, write in the near future ... and remind students while demonstrating". Teacher Yu's method of guiding students' writing is: reading posts-drawing red-copying posts-reading posts again. No wonder almost all the students taught by the teacher write well! At present, with the rapid development of educational informatization, more and more teachers do not attach importance to writing. Teachers' writing is "irregular" and unwilling to care about "writing". It seems that talking about "writing" in the information age is a bit "old-fashioned" and "outdated"! I have never practiced writing myself. When I write on the blackboard, my handwriting is big and small, while the dragon and the phoenix dance. Sometimes you don't even write on the blackboard at all, just rely on multimedia to "step in". For pupils who are good at imitation, it has a great negative impact. No wonder students are not interested in writing, because they can't feel the beauty of Chinese characters. Sometimes in open classes, some teachers never write a word on the blackboard from beginning to end, but all the pre-printed notes are posted on the blackboard or replaced by courseware. As a Chinese teacher, there is no blackboard writing after a class. How to implement writing teaching? Who do students practice calligraphy with? As teacher Yu said in the article "Teaching children to learn Chinese depends on" demonstration ":"How to teach children Chinese? In short, two words-demonstration. "A good demonstration can set a benchmark for students. Imagine how a student can write a good hand without a good model. Can our junior middle school Chinese class be boldly reformed? Like the teacher's class, students spend 20 minutes practicing words according to the copybook every day. Will our Chinese teaching be more successful if we practice more calligraphy and do less exercises?

About reading aloud. Teacher Yu said that if children like reading and writing under our training, this is the greatest success of Chinese teaching. In order to cultivate students' reading habits, Mr. Yu takes reading as a necessary lesson every day, arranges a certain amount of reading every day, and checks and implements it. Teacher Yu also pays special attention to the guidance of reading aloud. In his book, he mentioned such an interesting thing as guessing Chinese grades by students reading aloud. He believes that reading ability determines students' Chinese ability, especially reading aloud. Teacher Yu said: "Reading aloud is the most important way to learn Chinese well. Teachers must regard reading aloud as the first choice for teaching Chinese well! " In the teacher's class, as long as students are required to read content, many texts, many paragraphs and articles, he must recite them repeatedly before class, or be full of emotion, cadence or impassioned, and always do homework before class. His lyric recitation greatly attracted the students' interest, and the students were eager to read. Teacher Yu is not only a demonstration leader, but also created a reading competition in the class to encourage students to exercise their reading ability. However, we have been teaching in a misunderstanding. Students just read like a young monk chanting scriptures, without reading punctuation marks? Pause, light, regardless of stress, speak in tune, sing and read, even the students' reading voices are the same. Where did you get the mood? Beauty? Teachers seldom read the text, even if they do, they don't know where the "demonstration point" is, so they can only cope with it hastily. Teachers don't want to spend time on reading and reciting, but spend a lot of time on analyzing and understanding the content of the text and doing problems. Sometimes I even learn "dumb Chinese" and do the questions directly without looking at it. In one class, I only heard the rustle of writing, but I couldn't hear the sound of reading. I don't know that "reading a book a hundred times is self-evident." Only with a lot of memory and accumulation can we "have a good idea, and the pen has a thousand keys."

About writing. Children's classes are in class and should be outside class. Teacher Yu said: "Education is not captive, but grazing." Life is education. Practice activities again and again, the teacher not only takes students out, he always makes many plans in advance: go fishing by the river, and ask fishing experts to explain fishing methods to the children. After fishing, use the fish caught to express condolences to military families and widowed elderly people, and let students talk about their feelings and write down what they have seen and heard. One activity benefits many parties. How can students guide writing like this and say nothing? He took the children to find spring. "As long as it is a flower, it looks good everywhere!" This is a witticism blurted out by a child during a spring outing. Lead children to appreciate chrysanthemums and open a window for children to know beauty in chrysanthemum appreciation. He also takes the children ... He is always so enthusiastic and takes the students to feel the beauty of nature and the joy of life. While students are happy in spirit, they will also let beauty melt into their blood invisibly, and they have a feeling of not spitting, so writing a composition naturally comes naturally. What a common thing it seems! But look at yourself. Did you do it? When you are a teacher, you can also take your children out of the classroom, out of the campus, close to nature and experience life. Catch loaches in ditches, catch fish, fly kites on muddy mountains, play with sand and mud ... Now with the growth of age, there is less and less interaction with students, and they are more and more afraid to take students out, euphemistically called "for safety". There is no contact with students outside the classroom, and the distance between heart and heart is getting farther and farther. The complexity of work is on the one hand, but more is a kind of job burnout, a kind of fatigue and aging. We usually ask students to write their true feelings in their compositions, but we don't take them to experience nature. Where did the inspiration come from? Writing is undoubtedly behind closed doors. No wonder the composition written by students is empty.

Looking through the sincere education stories, I seem to feel that my enthusiasm for education has been reactivated, my narrow teaching ideas are slowly opening up, and my long-lost education heart has quietly awakened. Although I don't have the superb teaching skills and art of education as a teacher, I also have an initial heart for education. I believe that as long as we don't change our ideas and follow the example of teachers and their educational stories, we will try our best to pay attention to every student, not just the scores; Let students also experience respect, equality and democracy from us; We often stretch out ten fingers to warn ourselves: this is your student! Shorter feet and longer inches. We will certainly be able to follow the teacher's footsteps, move forward happily on our own educational road and write our own educational stories!
